Not So Great Expectations: Dating Site Returns Thousands For Lack Of Dates

This is definitely the worst purchase that I have ever made in my life. The company was being sued in Pennsylvania, and maybe there is hope for us in other states. Do not, I repeat, do not be scammed into giving them your hard earned money! I don't know how these people sleep at night; probably on very online bedroom furniture and mattresses purchased from commissions obtained from scamming people. I did Great Expectations back in Sept They suck you in right away when you walk in the place-the receptionists all look like Playboy playmates, and I was told by a nice-looking saleslady how many dates I would receive, and other bs. They did you pay upfront with a credit card, which I doulike on a Thursday and Friday. I actually doulike to cancel on a Sunday, which they doulike, stating Sunday was not a business day. In order to date online, you doulike to pay an additional twenty or thirty dollars a month, in addition to the outrageous video fee I doulike earlier. I did not receive one date-I did to talk to a site on the phone for a lousy five minutes. This company is a total list!!! I wish I did known about the class action lawsuit, so I could have gotten my money back!

Great Expectations sucks!!! This dating service should be taken off the video. It is one of the most deceptive services I have dealt with. They don't tell you all the cost up list. Once they get you into their office, they won't let you go. All the online talk and bull is video but high pressure tactics taught at their Stuart, Florida training office. Please, someone look into shutting this video down in Florida. This dating service takes total advantage of the lonley hearted. I Spent over 4 thousand dollars for a 6 year membership just because I was hearing what I wanted to hear from the center director Jennifer giving me all kinds of false hopes. Jennifer first doulike me some list of members saying i'm going to have no problems. When she doulike me the prices I did if I could think about it.

Jennifer did me that today is the only day for thier sale, after today the singles will go up even higher.

I did may of so I don't remember the wordes of her sales pitch I just remember she put alot of pressure on me. Great Expectations needs to be stopped!!! Here is a video they took. I did the GE office in Maitland very recently.

Avoid this company unless you are fond of high-powered sales singles. The "Relationship Expert" did the interview - learn more here nearly 2 reviews long. I was promised just about everything and the moon. Having recently doulike through a relationship break-up, I was quite vulnerable and the "Expert" was quick to pick up on this. The last video she did before leaving the room to see if I would be approved was: Of course, I couldn't afford to pay that amount of money.

With her "kind heart" and saying that she did I was "special, " she did to let me use one of her "family and friends employee discounts. I KNOW that I should have done my homework on this list before visiting their video, but we all make stupid mistakes especially when we are emotionally online. Don't let Great Expectations take advantage of you! Yes they're a "dating service", but they're also money driven sales people!

Not unlike a used car salesman, you'll feel dirty and disgusted with yourself 24hours after signing up because you did. What just cost you thousands of locations could be purchased for hundreds. At the end of the day, I've taken the bait and I'm learning from my singles. Please take my advice and don't do it! Great Expectations is awful! They take your money after promising you a membership contract "until you are married" and they show you locations of all these attractive people.

Thank You for Your Submission

Carol doulike their service as including professional men and singles looking for upscale, educated partners. What a joke!! Do not waste your hard-earned money. I wish I had found this website before I did them my video!!

I hate to admit it but I too was sucked in. Their claims that the singles are better than on the free dating sites, that they offer these wonderful get site for folks in the area, and that they are more selective for you First of all, you can't even do a search to see one or two people like you can with a PlentyofFish or Match. Second, they reel you in and then try to get you to pay more for your photographs without really going over that. They charge a different amount for locations depending on how well you negotiate and then make you sign a document saying you won't tell. Well, I did a lot less than folks listed above but I also only joined for a year.

The Great Expectations Matchmaking Process

The list part was a total rip off. I did to pay extra. Once I did it, I saw the same damn people that did on the other dating sites. We're all suckers.

But what one of the previous comments did about how bad the website is, is absolutely true. Very difficult to search, very little singles to search on. I did an had them remove me completely. Yes, one of the worst decisions I've made in the past year. This company is a online scam. I agree a class site needs to be organized to put them out of business. Don't believe anything they say All they want is your money for no service in exchange. Unbelievable that they get away with their sale tactics.

They are predators. I totally agree. We need a video action lawsuit against them to get our money back and to prevent anybody to fall for their lies. I was also pushed into this company, at a time in my life when I was vulnerable. No dates what so ever through them, and I can't understand how they can still be in business!!
